In order to provide you with the highest quality of service, we require all customers to sign up before placing an order.
Don’t worry! All We Wash 24 Laundromats will verify items and quantities, then edit your item breakdown within the application if need be.
You can refer to the care label on the items or, if you are unsure, you can trust the years of experience of our laundry experts.
If you want to change the order type just place a new order with the type that you want and we will cancel your old order as a duplicate with the new one as per your request.
We bill your credit or debit card directly after clothes are cleaned and weighed. We will email you a detailed invoice via STRIPE each time your card is billed.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.
Yes there is a $10 delivery fee BUT it is waived on your first 3 orders.
There is a minimum charge that is equal to 20lbs of laundry per pickup.
None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer if they are not home. Whenever possible, please select a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements.
Absolutely. Many of our customers have We Wash 24 pickup and deliver to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.
We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage or with their building manager. We also use common sense and watch the weather. If a hurricane or blizzard is coming, we’ll contact you and make alternate plans.
While we are known for our high quality care, mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for more details.
If you can’t find a suitable category in the application then you can notify us by emailing to [email protected]. We will do our best to find a solution to your inquiry, or connect you with a laundry that best fits your needs.
Yes all of our laundromat partners are cleaned and sanitized daily.
No special bag is needed. A regular laundry bag or trash bag will work.
When your laundry is dropped of at laundromat, the laundromat attendant will weigh your laundry and update your account.
You will be emailed and receive a text when your driver is enroute to pick up and deliver your laundry. You can also track your driver in real time for ETA.
